I thought that we played pretty solid in all aspects of the game and were able to get everyone involved. We had some huge middle play at the net by Claire Ellward and Makayla Hamilton which gave us some fire, but credit to West Aurora for playing super scrappy defense and attacking us the entire match. I think it was really great to see us have to fight from the very beginning and show our heart when we were down late in both sets.”
