Jess Greeby stepped up and led the team with 8 kills. She was able to move the ball all over the court and the defense had to continuously guess where she was going. Milana Moisio was a rock defensively for us and Lakes knew to do everything they could to try and keep the ball away from her. As a result, she didn’t have a lot of stats, but still had a perfect serve receive score, and her presence forced hitters to swing in places they wouldn’t normally want to, resulting in unforced errors. We will look to clean a few things up in practice tomorrow before we go to the Ram Slam at Grayslake Central on Saturday.”
