St. Charles East is a great team and had our backs against the wall a couple of times, but I am just so proud of the way our team played together and pushed through to win this match. We had a super balanced offense with our pins really playing well tonight. St. Charles East kept swinging at us and we just played pretty great defense to give ourselves a shot at taking swings. Amanda Otten had a triple-double and played great on all sides of the ball tonight, which was really exciting to see from the young setter/right side. We had not beaten St. Charles East since 2010, and for the seniors to go out on their home floor like that on senior night was awesome.”
