Note: Belleville Althoff repeated as champion. On its way to the championship, Althoff defeated long-time rival Breese Mater Dei. The Crusaders also earned their second wins of the season over Cor Jesu and Incarnate Word, two top Missouri teams. Karinna Gall was name MVP of the tournament. Katie Wemhoener from Althoff was also named to the all-tournament team.
