The Richards Bulldogs (9-6 overall and 1-0 in the South Suburban Conference) took first place at the eight-team Eisenhower Varsity Invite on Saturday. The Bulldogs earned pool play victories over Rich Township, Lemont and Marian Catholic before defeating Illiana Christian in the title match. It was a great team effort and all players were key in winning the title.
