Kudos to the girls for battling to win the marathon first set against Lemont and staging a huge comeback in the second set. While our play at the net remained overall solid throughout the day and our serve receive hovered around a 2.0, we simply had too many hitting errors against Lemont and Sandburg to find victory. We get a break in our schedule with only one game scheduled next week (vs. Batavia) to find ways to cut down on those errors that are holding us back in games.”
