We were solid at the service line tonight and got Lake Forest out of system several times. We will aim to clean up some hitting errors and improve our serve receive numbers, but Charlotte did a great job running the offense and also had some timely kills herself. Ultimately, we played well collectively and have a chance at winning some hardware on Thursday. We have played Wauconda twice this season and we won both of those matches. They are a different team now than when we met them earlier this year, but I believe we will be able to create some mismatches that we can capitalize on. They are a scrappy team. After losing a tight first set tonight, they battled back and won in three. We know they won’t go down without a fight. That’s what makes the playoffs so exciting.”
