Vernon Hills coach Chris Curry: It was an interesting senior night. We started out strong with our all senior lineup, but got oddly tentative at the end of the first set, and it carried over early in the second. So it was encouraging to see them get their composure back, cut down the errors, and make a comeback from down 20-10. Our middle attack was the difference late, and we finally found some success serving.”
